Luca Scheunpflug

Luca Scheunpflug first studied International Management with a focus on Spanish (B.A.) at the Europa Universität Flensburg. He then began the interdisciplinary degree program International Development Studies (M.A.) at the Philipps University of Marburg, where he dealt with various topics of sustainable development. In addition to a semester abroad at the Universidad Complutense in Madrid, he also conducted research on environmental justice during a scientific internship in the EnvJustice project at the Universitat Autònoma in Barcelona. He then wrote his master's thesis in cooperation with Wageningen University on the discourse around water conflicts in the metropolitan region of Barcelona. Since August 2022, he is a PhD student in the Department of Socioeconomics of the Coastal Area.
