Environmental Radiochemistry
The laboratory for “Environmental Radiochemistry” is an independent radiochemistry laboratory and has been active in the field of emission and immission monitoring of nuclear facilities since 1977. It is the state measuring station for Schleswig-Holstein and an independent measurement station for nuclear facilities. The scope of services spans from the planning of monitoring programs, the implementation of the monitoring to reporting and well-founded assessment. Due to many years of experience, the laboratory possesses outstanding analytical abilities. It has been consistently accredited since 2000. In addition to monitoring activities, analytical methods for radiotracer systems are under development for use in coastal regions.
