5L Bioreactor as a small scalable alternative for microbial fermentation. Culture parameters such as dissolved oxygen, temperature, pH and cell density can be monitored during the process.

Termocycler, used to study bacterial gene expression by nucleic acid amplification by RT-qPCR (Real Time quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction).
